Developer attorney Shep Guyton says the choice is the 372-home plan, with added environmental buffers, or a plan that would allow 243 homes without County Council approval. The project sits on roughly 180 acres. Guyton says the agreement would put a traffic light in up front instead of waiting on the state.

  • Council: must still approve rezoning and development agreement
