REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • The Loris Planning Commission conditionally approved the final two phases of Silver Oaks Cottages LLC for 31 new single-family homes near Main Street and North Cox Road on Oct. 30. The approval requires meeting conditions—such as obtaining a zoning variance for an open space strip along future streets—and completing an open space table before the final plat is issued.  My Horry News
