GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Officials reported that the proposed Carolina Bays Parkway extension may threaten a historic Brooksville community—placing a long-used home, Mt. Calvary No. 2 Missionary Baptist Church, and a cemetery with over 120 graves at risk. Public comments were accepted until Nov 21 and DOTs will review submissions before making a final route decision in February. The Post and Courier
