- ➤ A seawall collapsed at the 4000 block of Coquina Harbour Drive around 12:42 p.m., and Horry County Fire Rescue evacuated nine units, displacing seven residents. The county's Code Enforcement Department declared the building unsafe—its property manager is now helping those displaced. WPDE
