Horry County Fire Rescue said lanes on East Highway 9 near Charter Drive in Longs were blocked after a two-vehicle crash just before 5 p.m. on Wednesday that flipped one car and left one person taken to the hospital (three others signed medical transport waivers) as the highway patrol investigates.
