- ➤ A 16-year-old accused of leading police on a dangerous chase sped off from officers who responded around 6:30 p.m. Saturday near Chinner’s Creek in the Aynor area—his car reached high speeds, passed and ran off other vehicles, struck a street sign, and ended in a ditch on Hughes Landing road before he was taken to the Department of Juvenile Justice.
