On Sunday, Feb. 15, Conway hosted its first Porchfest, turning over 20 porches into live stages & the rain did not stop sizable local crowds from enjoying downtown performances.

More than 200 locals participated in Conway’s Cupid’s Chase 5K today to support Community Options Inc. (a nonprofit assisting people with disabilities), bringing neighbors together to raise funds for vital programs.

Jason Morgan, president of Green Sea Floyds Advisory Board and retired trooper (owner of a security firm), announced he will run for the vacant District 10 seat on the Board when the primary is held on June 9.

He said he will focus on school safety and amplifying family voices.

Trilogy Investment Company broke ground on a 194-unit rental townhome community in Carolina Forest that will feature two-, three-, and four-bedroom models with a pool, clubhouse, and exercise facility (leasing begins in 2027 with rents between $1,950 and $2,450 per month).
