- ➤ Flock cameras helped Surfside Beach Police arrest Corey Joseph Hall for firing a gun during a road rage incident in Horry County, with officers spotting his red truck entering Surfside at 8:51 a.m. and later conducting a high-risk stop on North Willow Drive—Hall now faces charges including discharging a firearm into a dwelling and first-degree assault and battery.
